The staff at the front office was awesome! He was friendly and welcoming.
The room was not the cleanest and was falling apart. The sports bar isn’t open and they still had the menu in the room so that was lame.
The location is great for getting to the mall and bars/restraunts
Well the place is pretty cheap i got my roon for 3 nights cost me 398 including the security deposit the room looked pretty cheap run down u get what u pay for and the best part was upon checkout the guy goes and checks my room which was good and he gives me 400 back as my refund hahaha i got to stay 3 nights absalutly free of charge
Terrible experience!! took 1 hr just to check-inn. Room was horrible-dusty and the washroom door cant be locked!! the front desk guy gave us upgrade to the premium unfortunately the premium wasn't as shown in the picture or as per the expectation. There is a coffee machine with no jar to brew.the floor is dusty. No microwave, no water, one towel and one soap where three people are staying as per the reservation. Didn't meet the amenities as mentioned in advertisement.if you are staying here, forget about the good sleep, I couldn't close my eyes for a moment coz there is a constant noises coming to your room.
The most annoying part was-
After i checked out, they gave me a call to ask if there was microwave in our room which they didn't see while checking after we left the room!! thats absurd you don't even have a idea what was their on your property and you are giving a call to customer to ask for that as if they took it with them. I would never come back or recommend this place to anybody. POV-- don't trust their premium upgrade scam!!
Initial room I was given was horrendous! Hada strong smoke smell, dirty carpet/sofa and filthy bed sheets. Used needles were on the ground outside. Was going to leave and just go to a different hotel, however got pressured to try a different room and was given a "premium" room. Looked recently-ish renovated, had a laminate floor, 2 dinner table style chairs (with no table). Bathroom was still grungy and between the tiles in the shower was partially coloured with sharpie. Bed itself was admittedly comfortable, but the pillows were awful. There did not seem to be any restraunt/bar even though it was advertised, I looked around the property but there wasnt anything that I could see and no mention about it at the deak (so free breakfast was a lie). Do not recommend unless desperate, and only if it is a room that has been updated.
The room was not clean. The pictures on the site look like maybe from when motel was new, definitely has not been kept up.
Was not happy, booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one (because thought it was too late to look for somewhere else to stay). Checked out in morning and booked second night stay elsewhere. Would not suggest to anyone!
internet was useless. Shower controls worn out and loose. Many areas with bad repairs. No hair dryer. Can't control the heat and way to hot. door security almost non existent and not complete. TV was buffering all the time, so useless. Cleanliness a major issue. Had to be moved from the first room due to dead bugs, black mold and just a filthy room. second room slightly better.
Pretty sketchy! Parts of the stipple ceiling is falling off, there were bugs in the room, lipstick stain on the nightshade, hole burnt into the comforter from a cigarette butt, furniture was old and outdated, toilet was not secured and rocked back and forth, fridge was loud... not to mention the shady folks going in and out of the main office at all hours of the night. Great price though!
Everthing good, well appointed and generally refreshed. Front desk staff were excellent. Only exceptions were: dated heater that was a bit noisy and need to drive across busy highway to find a place to eat. Would stay again, even if there is not a nearer cafe. Overall good value. Thanks, Bryan &Tricia
Expedia needs to do their damn job and background these rundown dirty infested sleese s bag hotels. I want my damn money back? And my entire refund. Two different rooms, with two beds that were piss stained and full of big dirty black hairs in the last people to sleep in it. Absolutely vile and disgusting and Expedia is third party booking this which makes Expedia is als9 vile anddisgusting.
I want my full damn refund. I didn't stay there any longer than 5 minutes so I didn't catch some sort of venereal disease from being in the room
The carpet was not vacuumed
Sheets were thread bare
Bathroom floor was tacky sticky.
Bathtub was hand painted white the silver drains were painted white in the tub the valves on the tub were falling off.
I discovered while I was showering there was a pinhole in the shower head pipe coming out of the wall and it was spraying up to the ceiling in the bathroom all over the walls all over the floors and I cleaned it up with the one towel provided
There was no continental breakfast nobody at the front desk to answer questions all I received was a answering machine and it said it was full so don't leave a message.
Everywhere you look from the front entrance into the check-in desk to every building around with wires hanging shabby carpentry floors were a mess just everything was hobnob together
There is absolutely no care given to that place anywhere
The amenities were the worst I’ve experienced. Yes, the price is cheaper (slightly higher when booked through Expedia), but guests should still be treated with basic dignity. The room was very dirty and it didn’t seem like the bedsheets had been changed. The shower dial in the bathroom was broken, so I chose not to shower during my overnight stay. I barely slept because the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I didn’t feel safe.
The staff were somewhat helpful, but I was almost charged an extra $40+ because they didn’t realize I had already paid online through Expedia.
If you hate the smell of cigarettes or a dirty room, don’t book here. Find somewhere else to stay.
Where do i start , the place is going through renos..but the cleaning service of the room is ….mm not good , name it , think of it ..its dirty
Moldy ceiling , electrical hazards …yeah its 50$/night but no thanks
The pictures on Expedia are fake, either Expedia is lying or the hotel is lying by using fake pictures. They do not represent the room. The room was also infested with cockroaches. I wish I could get my money back because I stayed a total of 20 minutes in the room.
