"Like: seating area by the lake and 24 hr free coffee/tea, both in the main hotel though. Don’t like: the chalet across the street from the main hotel is quite old with small rooms, low ceilings, and no air conditioning, quite uncomfortable."

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

"Fabulous position right on the lake and beside the mountain train. Breakfast was a simple continental but quite sufficient. Toiletries were classy and plentiful. The Hotels past was likely quite fancy and a little bit of a spruce up would make her fabulous again."
