"Had a good selection of breakfast. Only thing with breakfast was the water for tea and chocolate was not kept hot.
Front staff was usually not at the front but tucked away in one of the pods at the business center area or sitting at a table in the back corner.
When we arrived 3 of us used the toilet and there was a water leak where the toilet and floor met. I went down a half a hour after we arrived, reported it to the desk agent. I messaged again at 8 pm that maintenance did not come to...
