"We arrived in Naples and took a cab to the villa, had dinner and awoke the next day and walked 7 minutes to tour the site. Highly recommend it! We walked to dinner at the restaurant at Pizzaria La Gare (at Camping Spartacus) - it was amazing! (We were turned away from Caupona-Pompeii Restaurant since we did not have a reservation, and we are so glad). La Gare was like getting a homemade Italian meal, and topped off with complimentary limoncellos."

"Our stay was great! The hotel has spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that it was difficult to find using Apple Maps, which directed us the wrong way. Google Maps was much more accurate. If you’re arriving by train, exit the station, turn left, walk all the way to the end, and cross the street—the hotel will be right there. Apple Maps incorrectly sends you to the right."

"Great spot to stay if you want to visit Amalfi and don’t mind a little bus ride down the hill to the main town of Amalfi. Agerola was beautiful and all the people were friendly and helpful for visitors. The guy who runs the place (Antonio) was extremely helpful. Helped us organize transfers from the airport and to our next destination. Even found us a ride on a Sunday which is hard to do. The room was great, simple and just what you need for the bare necessities. AC was cold and much needed...

"The staff was very kind and helpful. It was clean and well taken care of. I only wish we had access to the breakfast balcony in the afternoon and the location did not always feel safe at night but it was a good location for travel (close to the train station)."
