"Very disappointed. Would not recommend. We were there 6 days and they never vacuumed our room. And housekeeping continuously forgot to give us towels. We raised this with the on duty manager and he committed to doing something for us to make up for the poor service. He never got back to us. And he knew, and the property knew, that it was our honeymoon. The manager even acknowledged me last night but never did anything. There are many other nice places to stay in Wengen…this property is in need...

"We had a small but functional room with a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our lunch and the views. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The free breakfast was a huge perk and delicious! The restaurant also provides dinner with a nice variety menu to chose from. There is a downhill walk to get there from the train station, so that means every time you go to town or train station you are walking back uphill. The staff did provide us with a taxi to...

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Wengen at the Hotel Maya Caprice. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until we checked out everyone was so kind welcoming and helpful. We woke up to breathtaking views from our hotel room window. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options to help us get ready for a day of adventures. Wengen is a beautiful small town that feels cozy and not overrun by tourism which we loved. We will certainly be back!"

"Very good location about 3-5 minute easy walk to the train. The hotel itself is very nice good furniture and decor and was clean. There is a water fountain in the lobby which was super convenient for filling our bottles for the day. The breakfast was good with many options and better than a standard hotel breakfast. Only downside was one night we heard people at the bar in the middle of the night from our room but that was only one night. Would stay here again."
