"We loved our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check-in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Located in a very quiet area - steps away from the Oeschinensee trail and cable car. The cable car was not open during our stay, as it was off-season. "So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...
