"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan...

"Es war ein tolles Appartement im Industrie Styl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Die zentrale Lage und der Blick über Leipzig waren sehr schön ."

"Super gelegen, sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zwar schön, aber sehr klein. Ich hab ein Notbett bekommen in einem Zimmer das schon für zwei zu klein ist. Zudem war das Notbett sehr hart und unbequem. Würde ich so nicht mehr buchen"

"Die direkte Lage am Flughafen und Bahnhof (alles fußläufig) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, die aufgebackenen Brötchen allerdings gehen gar nicht. Nur aus diesem Grund nicht die vollen Punkte!"

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher oder Kühlschrank was sehr unpraktisch war. Außerdem sind die Wände schlecht schallisoliert, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich hören konnte. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Zimmer am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir dies erwartet hatten. Insgesamt entspricht der Service nicht dem Standard, den wir von einem Hotel erwarten."

"Zimmer mit einem Mini Kleiderschrank. Duschkopf war stark mit Kalk. Fußboden im Bad war voller Haare bei unserer Ankunft. Kissen sehr hart."
