"All good though not sure one of the junior suites was good value as very small and nowhere to eat as such for 2 people"

"I spent 6 nights here. The breakfast was decent but not quite 'amazing' (but fresh and convenient). We did not have a sit down dinner there but one night we got room service. One dish, a rigatoni with beef was exceptional. I mean really fabulous. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bedding was great. A real key here is the location. It is right on a canal, and right where the canal opens up into the (harbor?). Everything is convenient, and easy walk to many places you may want...

"Really good and modern hotel, with attentive staff and good facilities. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We appreciated the upgraded room. The hotel is very close to the Central Train Station, which was very handy to us to travel to and from the airport, to Sweden and day trips from Copenhagen. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again if we ever make our way back to Denmark."

"Helpful staff."

"Great place to stay. Very quaint and comfortable. Convenient to metro and bus. Staff is lovely."

"Room was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Trivoli."

"Super zentrales Hotel. Man kommt zu Fuß wirklich überall hin. Wenn nicht einfach Bus oder Metro nehmen. Völlig unkompliziert. Sehr große Zimmer. Aber wie in eigentlich jedem Hotel, zu wenig Ablage, zu wenig Haken, vorallem im Bad. Leider fand ich die Dusche auch nicht so toll mit dem Duschvorhang. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert."

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...
