"If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!"

"Wonderful little getaway with friends. The place is in a great setting with outdoor pool. Beautiful views. Far enough from the Village to not get the noise & congestion but close enough to walk there. Improvements for the pool area could be better chairs & pool towels. Also maybe 2 pools as it does get pretty full at times. Improvements for the unit better bed sheets as they kept coming off the bed. Thanks it was a great visit and we will definitely be back."

"The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the checkout process was long and exhausting. Worse, there’s a city garbage facility right behind the Mosaic building. Every morning we were woken up at 5:15 AM by the extremely loud noise from the garbage trucks. The whole process took nearly two hours, so we started every day exhausted. We will never return to this side of the building, I would assume the pool side suites are less noisy"

"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Had a wonderful check-in with a charming gentleman at the desk. Room was small but clean, shower didn't have much pressure. There was a wireless phone charger in the room but it did charge slowly. Outlets were in awkward areas but we managed just fine. Pool was closed during our stay - they only have an indoor pool. I saw a photo of an outdoor pool with their property photos on Expedia which is what made me book here, I was a bit disappointed to learn...

"Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself."

"The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The information about accessing the unit was accurate."

"Fridge wasn't working when we arrived and it was alot of back and forth to figure out what was happening. They didn't realize the issue until the next day they just brought a mini fridge over which was not helpful. The AC at the upper level was not working and when the worker came over to look at the fridge I asked him about the AC and he said he already knew it wasn't working. So, they gave us a room knowing the AC was broken. Was not happy with the communication, they said someone would call...

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."

"The finishing of this apartment is above average. The owner maintains it at top condition. The cooking wok and pot are a bit worn out and should be replaced. Other than that everything good."
