The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay."

The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions."
