"My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card."

"Our experience was very disappointing. At about 10pm the fire alarm in our room began to ring, then stopped after 2-3 mins. Later, about 12am, it started again. That is when we called the front desk the first time. The clerk informed us that they were aware of the situation and it had been taken care of. "Breakfast was very limited for the price it should have been much better no fried potatoes biscuit and gravy no pancakes waffles that are very less likely. Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess. But staff was nice pillows were extra soft for my liking. I might try again once renovation is over. Doing renovation they should not charge $160 a night that's ridiculous. I would not...

"My room was very dirty: carpet not vacuumed, hard floors not clean, bathtub and shower surfaces visibly dirty, AC unit has dirt clumps in the vents, no alarm clock in my room but my brother had one in his room, area around the microwave dusty, the entry door #5 had to be yanked hard to open it. In the breakfast area outside maintenance crew people were doing food prep, However the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, there was plenty of parking near my room, the breakfast was ok.
