"Our room was very clean, attractive and modern, and the view was beautiful in the valley. The hotel staff were friendly. There are walking trails all around. The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. The walls were very thin and our neighbors were loudly about their business at 4:30 am, and the hotel is on a major...

"Excellent location and staff went above and beyond helping us navigate driving there( never again!). Room was a bit tight for 4 and portable AC unit needed window to stay open over the outdoor restaurant which fortunately quietened down around 11."
