"When we first arrived it was clear the hotel was very old and not taken care of, perhaps even closed for a period of time as there was a flag that showed "opened" and under new management. The lobby had ceramic tile with very little seating and cold materials/feel. There was obvious construction, with dry wall dust, towels on the floor in several places to clean something up and just left there. "There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!"

"The property is very convient to the area resteraunts and stores. It is alos conveinient to the sunshine Fairgrounds. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room needed minor maintainance while I was there and that was done immediately with no fuss. The only issue I had was that the rooms could use a " facelift". Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area makes terrible coffee. There's a machine in the room however, which makes great coffe, you just need to get cream and sugar...
