"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"Staff was great as usual. Breakfast was good. Hot scrambled eggs very good. Lots of variety. Fine china and silverware versus paper and plastic. A larger varity of cereal would've been more welcome. Unfortunately the room wasn't as well maintained this time as it usually is. The shower wasn't cleaned very well and you could see some filth uncleaned in the shower. There was a plumbing problem, as the drain was leaking steadily making using the sink impossible without creating puddles int e...

"Sauberes und hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen und Einkaufszentrum in nächster Nähe, gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus."

"Beware Expedia has incorrectly states this hotel has an airport shuttle. It does not. I have advised them of this but they refuse to change the listing even after contacting the hotel to confirm. We had to pay 300 CFH for a taxi for 4 back to the airport. We stayed at this hotel cause it stated a shuttle. Expedia will do nothing to fix it."

"Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - saubere Unterkunft mit bequemen Bett. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant."

"Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator."

"it's one of the best options available in Switzerland and located in a small quiet village. The only thing that I would recommend is that they don't have a privacy card available and sometimes the cleaning service provider knocked the door and tried to enter the room even though I was still in the room. I worried that it could be embarrassing if I were changing clothes or in toilet. but overall it is still one of the best choice there and worth for money."

"A great hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. The room I had booked did not have a proper window (it was essentially subterranean), but it was very clean and for the very low price, totally worth it. The breakfast was excellent - very good cold meats, cheeses, jams, breads, and coffee. They even had a machine to boil eggs, which was great. Overall I had a great stay and would gladly return"

"The only negative was the lack of air conditioning and no screens in the windows. Outside of that everything was amazing."

"Beautiful"

"Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...
