"Charming hotel. Staff was very nice and conversational. It felt like the real Swiss German experience, not some tourist trap. It's a pretty old building with no air conditioning, but is very charming. Breakfast is pretty basic, but the staff made an effort, even providing American style filter coffee. ..."

"Amazing stay. The room was exactly as advertised - basic yes, but well designed and clean. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was great - I think the pancake machine made my son’s holiday!
