"This was the 1st hotel I've stayed in, in the past 5 years, that did NOT have the outlets required to charge my phone. I didn't bring my charger, only my cables, so I had to wait and charge in my car. Plus, the breakfast was ok, not great. A waffle maker or pancake maker are very inexpensive and would have brought up the breakfast experience."

2/10 Terrible
"I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia and received a confirmation for my reservation. When I arrived around 9 PM with my minor child after an overnight flight from Los Angeles, I was told there were no rooms available.
Instead of taking responsibility or helping us find a solution, the staff blamed Expedia and claimed they could not contact me because Expedia did not provide my contact information. That explanation was not true, and it felt like an excuse rather than an honest explanation. The hotel did not clearly explain why my confirmed reservation was not honored.
The staff was also rude and unhelpful. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they simply said they were sorry and told us to go to another hotel. Being stranded late at night in another state with a minor child after a long flight was stressful and completely unacceptable.
Even though I was not charged because I selected “pay at the front desk,” the issue is not only about money. The issue is that the hotel failed to honor a confirmed reservation, failed to communicate properly, blamed Expedia, and provided no meaningful assistance when we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience."
"The carpets in this hotel need deep cleaning. Although the basics in the room was acceptable the floors weren’t vacuumed or cleaned well. The breakfast our first two days was not that great. The food wasn’t hot and the oatmeal was dry and lumpy. The staff weren’t that friendly or helpful except for the housekeeping staff."

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, bedding was soft, and ample parking. My only complaint is there are not enough high protein options at breakfast. My son and I were very comfortable and the room was quiet and felt safe."
"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."
