"The apartment is as basic as it gets. More comparable to a youth hostel. On the positive it was fine to accommodate for a family of four and conveniently close to Chapel Bridge. However, the bed and bathroom are very basic. The bathroom needs updating as there was peeling paint on the ceiling and door. I Kitchen functional but basic. Only four bath towels provided. No hand towels. Elevator was broken on our exit where we had to carry luggage and bags for a family of four down five...

"The hostel is in a very run down poor condition. If you have issues its very difficult to get help from their helpline"

"El interior de la habitación estuvo a 30 grados centígrados hasta media noche y NO tiene aire acondicionado, abres la ventana y afuera hay fiestas. Como no hay recepción comunicarme con el anfitrión estuvo complicado. Todo lo demás estuvo bien, y a pesar del tema de comunicación le diera 5 estrellas pero el calor fue insoportable"

"The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived early and the host was accommodating and got us a room early."

"My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep."
