"This property was incredible. The staff was so attentive, they did everything to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. "Very clean, like everywhere in and out properties. the property manager is very welcoming us and proactively approaching us to plan our stay. Introduce the surroundings, get us familiar with the neighborhood, the sceneries, make our 1st trip easier. The location is budget friendly. "

"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
