"Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter. The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. "Staff was wonderful. Breakfast amazing. Location incredible. We had the family suite with 2 bedrooms. Perfect for the family of 4. The downsides were that there were mosquitoes in the room and the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise this is perfect "

"Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended."
