"Pool was really nice. Rooms were clean but the door didn't close all the way without a lot of force for the main door and the bathroom door. The area is great. Everything you need was very close"
"The place was really quiet. That was a plus. The only thing that cought my attention was that the hallway floors and stairs where dirty. The stairwell had trash bags the same ones since i stayed thier the 5 days. The lady in front desk never got her name but had a heart chain she was amazing, friendly very atentive. "
"Beds were comfy.
Only having a flat sheet & not a fitted sheet was rather annoying- especially b/c the mattress protector was for a much smaller bed. Cobwebs were plentiful.
Went to check in at 6:40p & our room was not ready yet. They did offer a free breakfast for the inconvenience, but our schedule did not allow us to use it the following AM before it expired. We had things to keep us occupied for a few hours & the room was ready by 9p when we finally re-checked in.
We did not utilize housekeeping during our stay, but unfortunately, removed the do not disturb sign at 7a when we left the room for a meeting we had (we removed most things from the room, but not all); came back to the room just after 9a & the room was completely re-set & our belongings were gone- had to argue with housekeeping to get my fleece vest back off their linen cart; they returned our alkaline water but “lost” the energy drinks & snacks we left in the room.
Be forewarned- leave the do not disturb sign up until you officially check out! I will own my part on that, but in staying in numerous hotels - I’ve never had housekeeping attempt to reset a room that early! And no- they were not on the floor when we left the room at 7a & we did not check out until check out time at 11a. "
