"Very clean Good looking and great price"

"The property was clean and check in easy. It was comfortable and convenient. It is a bit outdated, but good value for the price. The breakfast was very weak. Some packaged honey buns and some slightly overripe bananas and coffee. Still, just needed a clean comfortable bed for a night and it filled my need."

Plaster peeling, moldy plumbing fixtures, bugs in the rooms, saw cockroaches scurry around the ice machine, got bit alive by fleas, and bed linens were grossly stained, phone wasn't working. I decided to not take the room I prepaid for 3 days. Management REFUSED to give any refund. Said it was because I didn't cancel by 4 pm check in day. We'll couldn't cancel by 4 pm because check in is not permitted until pm!!! I couldn't see the room until...

"We were asked for a deposit when we checked in. Alledgedly, it was to cover anything we broke. There was also an extensive list with prices for items in case we stole anything. (We didnt break or steal anything ) I've stayed in many, many hotels/motels and have never been asked for a deposit for those reasons. I know the owner is going to tell me all the reasons they do this but excuses are just that and are not a sign of good customer service. He needs to do better. The room was non smoking but...
