"A very clean room with a private bath in a central location. Check-in was easy. The shared kitchen was convenient for storing a few items. Though we didn't use anything else, it certainly seemed well-equipped. Parking can be found in the area surrounding the apartments and is most often metered. The rooms are located on floor 3 and there is no elevator, so travel light. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and would recommend it to others."

"The apartment was spacious with a large-sized and comfortable bed, settee and kitchen area with a decent amount of utensils, a microwave and coffee machine but oddly no toaster (perhaps due to h&s).. It was very clean with air con which I didn't need to use. It is centrally located and convenient for bus and metro. Didn't take breakfast which was €10. I would stay here again without any hesitation. "

"We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. Breakfast was ok if you just want to grab something fast and start your day quickly. If you want to have a good, proper breakfast there are many good options close by. "A wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going out on one of the Douro river cruises. Our accommodations were very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. It was in a more residential area, so nothing was really close by, but it's just a short hop by bus to the city's main attractions"
