"We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, always very accommodating to our needs. We needed earlier breakfast and they made it happen. They were courteous and hospitable. They stored our luggage while we went around town after checking out. Breakfast was very good and very prompt. "

"The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back."

"The entire staff was extremely helpful in any needs we wanted. The breakfast was awesome and was beautifully enraged for the buffet. If you didn’t see what you wanted on the buffet a breakfast menu was always available. The staff always had a warm smile to greet you."

"Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...
