"Clean rooms, air conditioning, excellent staff and service"

"We were close to the pools and right on the beach."

"There are no stairs... We were fine with it but didn't realize when I booked. Parts of the hotel were more updated, others looked a bit sketchy. But overall seemed to be on the up and up. The hotel was clean and the staff was great."

"Reserved a room with 2 double beds. One bed had sand on the sheets over at least half of the bed. Desk clerk brought us fresh sheets that we put on. She stated she was going to tell the manager and see about a discount for us. When we checked out a different desk clerk mentioned again about a discount, we did not ask for one. We never got the discount."

"The floors were so dirty, the kitchen stuff was rusty, there was a weird smell in the kitchen. The only thing that looked like was cleaned was the linen and towels. Not a resort for kids, as they have a very lively bar inside and right next to the resort. River city cafe had really good food, but the windows restaurant was not good. Would be ok for an adults trip, not so much for a family trip with little ones"

"We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money."

"This is a spacious hotel, however it is highly humid."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Myrtle Beach I had no complaints our room had no air and the had no problem moving us to a room that had air even help us move to the next room 10 out of 10 loved it"

"Had to get a smoking room that's all was left big burn holes in blankets, commode ran constantly , breakfast only oats toast. But beds were comfortable.."

"The property is amazing however front desk staff were not very friendly check in and check out."

"Our room had mold in it. On the lamp shades and ceiling. You can smell the dampness as you enter the room. Front desk staff was not friendly on the evening shift. Not pleasant and appeared to be annoyed. I do not recommend staying at this location"

"The initial check in was fine. However, I was really disappointed when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch, and she told me, “we have no more pillows.” So, my child didn’t have a pillow. Then, when I was down in the lobby later, I saw another guest be given a pillow. The parking lot was filled. The place was incredibly dirty. This is a terrible place to go. Please avoid at all costs for your sake!"

"The smell of weed was so bad at this property, I decided to just deal with it. Then when I saw the rat down at the pool, I was out. I will not stay there again. We left early and they would not even credit me back for my time we were not there. I will Not be staying there again!!"

"The property overall is very beautiful ! The highlights include the breakfast buffet with the helpful and quick to clean up, friendly staff. The complimentary drinks for adults during happy hour. There is onsite entertainment (DJ/band) that play poolside. The facility is mostly up-kept and walkable to the beach. We are a family of 5 that checked in, but we're only given 4 bath towels and 3 washcloths daily. We did call down multiple times and were eventually brought up more. Unsure why just...
