"The staff were great. Check in time is 4 but they were able to get me a room earlier so I wouldn't be late for a 3 o'clock wedding. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good but it was very crowded and they ran out of some items quickly. Staff did their best to replenish items. Guests should be aware though that there is no elevator. If you are on the second floor you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Overall, it was very good and I would stay again."

"It is nice hotel that my kids really enjoyed. The room was a bit cramped but love the small kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cooking round). King bed for the parents in a separate room and kids on a sofa bed. They enjoyed having their own TV! There was another TV in the bedroom. The pool and slide can be busy in the evening with no supervision. Some parents should check on the kids more, but that's not the hotel's fault. "Nice hotel. Staff was friendly - without being pretentious. Room was comfortable and spacious. Hotel was clean and modern. Parking was very convenient and they have a dedicated elevator to the parking area if you want to self-park (and why not? easy in and out and very convenient). Of the two big hotels in the downtown area - we stayed at both on opposite ends of our trip - this was by far our preferred. Restuarant was very good and convenient. (Great breakfast buffet, btw, with eggs bennies)....

"The hotel restaurant was excellent, fair prices and good food. A lot of things in walking distance to do made it very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing for improvement would be to have both elevators in use because one was out of service and made it very crowded or a long wait with just the one elevator."
