"The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing."

"I did really like how this little motel was set in the Pines and true to their word. It was mostly clean, but when I moved the bedside table a bit there was a lot of dust and debris still left on the floor that never got vacuumed or swept up and there was a spider coming down off the ceiling at one point.
