"We arrived to the hotel around 2:30AM on Friday (09/04/2026) travelling from Denver airport. We were not able to enter the hotel lobby as the door was locked. Noone from the front desk was available to open the door. We had to wake up my son who checked in earlier to let us into the lobby. It's very frustrating as we (an 83 yr old woman and 3 adults) were very tired from our travel. The staff didnt even apologize to us regarding why was he not there to open or unlocked the door for us to be able...

"Do not stay here, especially with family. The room looked nothing like the photos online—it was old and had dirty carpets. To make matters worse, the front desk staff threw away our GrubHub dinner delivery, claiming we were an hour late to pick it up. Deceptive pictures, dirty rooms, and terrible service. Find another hotel!"

"Rooms are sparse and dated. Public area and amenities were nice and good vibe."

"Our son lives close to the army base, we stayed here when we visited him. You can walk to Walmart. Breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed at. We saw hot air balloons float by Sunday morning at 7:30am, was a nice surprise. Was clean, was fairly quiet. Overall would recommend."
