"The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, except for the occasional loud cruiser car mufflers. Had a king bed with very comfortable mattress and a pullout couch, so had extra room. Mini fridge and microwave were convenient; toiletries were nice; but no hangars for some reason. Continental breakfast was decent, but would have liked some gravy to go with biscuits and sausage. Fantastic value for the price! All the staff I met were very pleasant and the free airport shuttle was a welcome bonus."
"Great check-in experience; easy to set up late check-in. Hotel is both funky & historic with a gorgeous overlook to the lobby. Exudes a cool vibe. Lots of Saturday night activities within walking distance….. but for breakfast drive yourself to the Doo Dah Diner, you will not regret it.
Our room was comfortable with a kitchenette, we also used the self-serve laundry facilities.
We stayed in about 5 hotels in Kansas during this trip. This hotel was our fave."
"The Drury hotel in downtown Wichita is a beautifully restored historic hotel with exquisite charm and comfort. The parking garage is very secure and easily accessed across the street with a walkway over the street directly in to the hotel ( using your room key card)!! The home cooked complimentary breakfast was amazing and we were pleasantly surprised to find out about the evening meal 5:30-7:00 was complimentary also!! Wow!! What a deal.. it’s conveniently located to the downtown area as well!! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Wichita area!!"
"The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, but wish we would have brought our own pillows. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water."
"Very classy/upscale hotel. We had an oversized corner room with walk-in shower. Location is great, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars, and there’s a great bar here as well."
