"The room had an outside entrance. You could see daylight through the door cracks. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like it was coming in a vent. The person in the room next door played music with bass turned up very loud until late hours and again early in the morning. The carpet had holes in it. The sheets had holes in them. Our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke from being in the room. The door lock was hanging by 1 screw. Would not recommend this place"
"Missed the 5:30 kickback. Breakfast was ok - typical hotel free breakfast. Nothing glorious but good. Wasn’t too happy with the room we had as we were on the top floor (7th). Room 710, must be directly adjacent to or underneath some heating/cooling unit. Very loud. Wasn’t too happy about that. The loud noise like motors running went on all night. Should probably have requested a different room."
"Upon arrival, the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and the sink was dirty. Pillowcases had lipstick on them or they were stained not sure. When I brought these things up to the front desk, he gave me two clean pillowcases and came to my room to remove the soap out of the shower. He told me he would have someone clean the room the next day but they did not. Breakfast was ok. The coffee watery. Wouldn’t stay again unless I had no other choice."
"When paid the extra 25 dollars for early check in just to walk in to our room to see food crumbs and also someone's pill they must have dropped, that tells you the room wasnt even vacuumed.... after pulling the covers down, we noticed the sheets were all wrinkled like they had not been changed. When entering the bathroom, there were hairs hanging from the "clean" towels. Cleanliness of the room was not there. I always leave my housekeepers a tip when staying over but this was the first time I didnt leave one... a tip is for when you actually do your job."
"Really bad location. Backs up to a gas station and interstate. Traffic noise from the interstate continues all night. Worse is the incessant yelling, loud cars, etc from the gas station continuing all through the night. IF you need a nights sleep don't stay here."
"Room was clean and in nice condition. Nice that there was a bar area in the evening. My only complaint was our keys kept malfunctioning. One wouldn’t work and then the other wouldn’t work. It happened three times. "
