"Nice breakfast options and the property was very clean "

"We were there for 11 days. It was suppose to have weekly housekeeping, they never came. When 2 towels were asked from the housekeeper, she said she spoke no English. Had to go pull a towel from the room and ask for dos. She seemed aggravated. The last 2 days we were there, the elevator stopped working. We were on the 4th floor."

"The pool was closed"

"The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We asked for another room which was also dirty. We decided it was best to leave so we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. We were informed that they couldn't refund any of our fees for our 2 night stay. They also wouldn't refund us for the pet fee even though we canceled our stay. Property is poorly maintained. Base boards were falling off, missing or stapled to the wall. Dirt, dist and hair was all over both rooms we were given. We booked another hotel a few minutes away for less and it was much nicer."

"Stayed for 3 nights … room was clean, staff was super friendly and hotel is centrally Located. They also offer a complementary Shuttle anywhere within a 2 mile radius which was very helpful… will definitely stay again…"
