"Nulla da commentare, non positivo ma neanche negativo"

"It’s quite unfortunate that the apartment we stayed in did not match what was posted. I had previously stayed at another apt with this same company and all was perfect but this particular apt was very worn the walls were scuffed and lacked TLC. The room was clean however there was a strong fishy smell that remained throughout our 3 days there. I was very disappointed as my previous experience was so positive. The nicer apts in the picture are not truly representative of what every apt actually...

"Rất gần trung tâm, đi bộ chỉ vài phút, nhưng giá phòng khá cao mà không gồm ăn sáng. Phòng khá nhỏ, không nhiều tiện ích."

"It is located very close to Milan Duomo and Cathedral, you can go by walk and is very close to main shops and restaurants. The only issued we had was to identify the place, as it does not have a big sign, it is on a corner so it was just a paper paste in a door where is the main access, it think this is something can be improved since the first impression was not the best also there is no 24/7 host. Otherwise the room was very clean, good size and comfortable."

"Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive."

"The location was very good. Lots of amazing places all walkable. Check in was annoying as doing it all online wasn’t working out. Wasn’t clear we had the option to do it live at the office there. How to get in the unit and lock the unit wasn’t normal. Others also had an issue with it in the short time we were trying to access our space. The place had no windows, no air or natural light and it had a bad smell to it. Impossible to air out. As well the internet was not working great. They came by...

"The apartments were lovely; spacious, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware of the specific apartment we’d get and had an issue with a spiral staircase in ours we weren’t aware of but the team was great and got us relocated to an alternative. Really clear instructions and super central to walk everywhere, highly recommend"
