"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great, we tried the scrambled eggs, the vegetable omelet and the breakfast bagel which were all very yummy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful few days at the Garcia, so glad we opted for this hotel as it was set up in a quieter location but close enough to central Ubud. The surroundings are beautifully lush and the feel of the resort is laid back and relaxed. All the staff are so attentive and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you’re well looked after, always greeted with a smile. All staff were wonderful, particularly Anayka at reception and Fery in the restaurant. "

"A truly excellent boutique style hotel in the centre of Ubud whilst being calm and peaceful. Rooms are excellent, great shower also. Pool area great and for a small hotel the Gym was v well equipped. The restaurant was also excellent, a lot of variety. Yuda on reception was great, recommended some excellent tours and a perfect local Balinese restaurant. Go here if you can!"

"The location is perfect: so close to central Ubud, yet far enough away from the chaos to feel peaceful and relaxing. The on-site café/restaurant was fantastic, and I found a new favourite breakfast that I ordered every morning—the “Hot Monkey”! There are plenty of massage places nearby, ranging from local spots to more high-end options within the village. Also a short walk to more more food options. The rainfall shower was excellent, comfy day sofa and balcony seating - the staff were...

"Breakfast always come with fresh fruits and i always eats them while looking at the view of ricefields from the balcony. The area is very quiet, and calming as the facility is a distance away from Ubud Central but not too far that travelling by vehicles is an inconvenience. If you can't rent motorbike the hotel also has shuttle that can take you to Ubud Central. The staff is very helpful and the room is really clean."

The property was well maintained, and the spa was absolutely amazing—definitely the highlight of our trip! We had a small issue with dinner one night, but everything else was perfect. "The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
