"A delightful place to stay in a great location with lovely hosts. A short 10-15 minute walk and you're in middle of town with all the sights. Breakfast consists of lots of fresh homemade options that are top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with refreshments and amazing smelling toiletries. Would love to stay again. "The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. The breakfast offer is great and the food was lovely, well cooked and great products. The cost of the breakfast offer was well priced and so worth...

"Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "

Front facing room but not that noisy. (3). Comfortable bed, tea & coffee facilities in room. If I’m being really picky needed dusting.. cobweb on light fitting."

"Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. "
