"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

"The property was very welcoming and had a unique vibe. We really liked the sitting areas in the front and near the bar. It was great to have key card activated lockers as well. We didn't actually realize how many sauna and relaxation areas were available to us until the last day as the instructions were a little vague. But I enjoyed our visit and would stay again. "Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms.
