"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"Wir waren 6 Tage dort und das Zimmer wurde leider nicht zwischendurch gesaugt. Trotz late check out um 13 Uhr wurde schon um 10 Uhr an der Zimmertür geklopft und trotz einem Nein von uns geöffnet. Die Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage hat nach 11 Uhr auch nicht mehr funktioniert."

"Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Das ist ein Appartment über 2 Stockwerke. Um 5 Uhr morgens war es im Schlafzimmer Tag so hell und wir konnten nicht mehr schlafen.
Es gab im 2 Stock ein Rollo das aber nicht funktionierte. Ich dachte mir nur noch ein Teil das nicht funktioniert.
Beim Checkout wurde mir gesagt das es im 1 Stock eine Schalter gibt um das Roll im 2 Stock mit Strom zu versorgen. Ich hätte am Vorabend fragen sollen wie man das Rollo einschaltet.
