"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt im Zentrum, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Negativ: Die Zimmer werden im Sommer sehr warm, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist."
