"Great stay"

"Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

"It was a place to sleep. The staff was not very helpful, speaking English would help. No discounts for first responders, senior citizens. I guess my expectations were too high for this stay."

"Lobby bathroom was filthy. Hair dryer in room didn’t work and shower grab bar was coming off of the wall. Odd smell in room"

"You get what you pay for. It wasn't super clean, but it wasn't awful either. Didn't feel super safe. We didn't really need the staff for anything, so can't really speak to that. Not sure I would stay again."

"The breakfast was decent. The 1st room had rust in the bathroom under the sink and the hallway smelled. The second room was more clean but had an issue with the heating. My stay wasn't terrible but I did not enjoy my stay."

"DO NOT GET A ROOM NEAR THE STAIRWAYS! Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. Thankfully our room was renovated and looked fresh but the rest of the hotel was a complete construction zone. Smoke alarm began chirping at 11pm on our first night. I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone up. Waited patiently for 20 minutes...
