"Arrived just before midnight to check in for my stay to find that there was no staff there as they’d all been fired during day by hotel management and that the hotel had closed down. Had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. So not a great experience to be honest. "

"The only thing I didn’t like at the breakfast nearly all the sweets and chocolate croissants were uncovered with bees and flys on them I did tell them they should be covered but they chose to not do anything about it but the staff were brilliant "

"Loved this property. It’s very much in central Semiyak in a busy walkable area. The rooftop is nice, rooms spacious and a lovely staff."

"This is our first time back since Corona Virus. We last stayed here in 2018. The service is still amazing, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The villas are like our second home. "
