We end up got ripped off because this place will not refund our remaining balance for the hotel deposit. Over $1000 dollars ripped off my pocket, they keep trying to say the deposit is non-refundable, it’s their policy, I traveled all over the world, never seen any hotel hold guest deposit like this. "Had such a great stay here in the “Oasis” villa. Perfect for solo or couple - great plunge pool and rooftop with hot tub. The staff are amazing - always friendly, helpful and kind. The location is wonderful - close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is building some extra villas so there will be various sizes for families etc in coming months.
