Very friendly and helpful staff right from the checkin in to checking out. Staff were always very attentive and offering to help when required. Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging.

Super convenient location, great pool and vibes. Just a few too many annoying kids and their families. Facilities were really nicely done, the exception being a couple of rough edges in our bathroom (tiling and draws were a bit off). Super friendly staff, all incredibly well trained and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mecure, but found buffet breakfast choices quite average and the amount of pool loungers a bit limited. Especially when people seemed to get away with reserving them empty with a towel draped over. The staff were always lovely and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great range to choose from. Lovely swimming pools but unfortunately not enough sun loungers/chairs to facilate those guests who wished to hang out at poolside.

The only thing i would say is that the garden room description is at least very vague!! Our room looked over what i would call dump or building site other than that all was a you would expect from a five star hotel.

Bathroom stinks maybe from a sewer or something.Air-condition is not enough had a hard time getting good sleep because it’s hot.Food taste is terrible.Gym has only a few equipments and some of it are not working.The only good thing is the bed.Not a five star service or quality.
