"Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn."

"Very confusing when you get there to check in. Staff was not very helpful in guiding us to the front desk, after check in, just handed the keys. Had to figure out where the elevators were to get to the room. It's a older Hotel compared to a few that we visited during our stay. Bathrooms need some updating but the room was comfortable. "TV was not working due to signal problem, only one vending machine that was cash only and only stocked soda, area was very noisy (sirens, traffic, etc.), convenience store next to the hotel, a 7-11, closed at 10pm, someone pulled the fire alarm causing guests to leave their rooms until building was cleared by the fire department, homeless people and ladies of the evening frequented the area. Thankfully we were only staying for one night. Will definitely spend the extra money and stay at a casino...

"The beach view was unobstructed and the parking was fine. $12.50 a day. We have stayed here many times over the years and the rooms are clean, spacious and have an amazing view of the ocean."

"Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay."

"One of the two rooms I booked had maintenance issues. The A/C unit was broken and only hot air was coming. I asked the front desk and they didn’t fix the issue nor offer me a different room. My family had to suffer all night because the front desk was not helpful at all. Very disappointed and frustrated experience and will never stay there again. For reference the room was 1103."

"There were no washcloths provided. Only hand towels and regular towels. So I had to shower with a hand towel. The thing that really made me upset was that I spent over $500 on this room and there was extremely loud club music and DJ yelling into a microphone going on outside until 4am and the windows were not sound proof what so ever. I couldn’t fall asleep until that was over which was ridiculous."
