"There is no structure or communication with in their staff. There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation. After speaking to them again they agreed to remove parking charges but I was resorts fees removed. I wasn’t accommodated with any resort features. "You get what you pay for but I will say the staff was very nice and respectful. The room itself was clean, the bathrooms could use some updating. Plenty of parking with surveillance which is a nice addition. "

"We did not get a beach view? We got a building next door view. The elevators were slow. I think only 3 of 5 were operating at any given time causing waits of 15 minutes or more. On checkout, I was promised a receipt in email because "my printer is down", but never received one. "

On top of that, the breakfast was overpriced $24 adult,$12 for kids not worth the cost at all. The quality of the food did not match the price, and there were very limited options. Overall, I expected much better service and cleanliness for what I paid. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even set my luggage down. The smell was horrendous, the staff was rude, I wouldn’t even bathe my dog in that shower, they charged us extra for parking that wasn’t even close. The floors and bed were visibly dirty. I felt like I walked right into a bad horror movie. Absolutely disgusting— I’m not sure how they even stay in business. I found another hotel and did not get a refund. "

"Front desk charged me for 3 nights instead of the 2 nights I initially booked. It was refunded then charged again for security deposit. It triggered a fraud alert and kicked my card. Then on the second day they deactivated my key card to "make sure" we were "still there". The shower sprayed the not only the bathroom floor but also the room floor if you left the bathroom door open. There were NO breakfast offerings except for upon check out. Youre handed a paper bag with twin pack muffins.. "
