"Was the most beautiful thing we have seen to date. Everything you can imagine is located on site. Volcano when it's not overcast is breathtaking!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Resort – Highly Recommend! What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning property and the overall atmosphere. The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous, and every detail added to its charm. The pools were beautiful, clean, and heated, which made them even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our housekeeper was wonderful and trustworthy, and our room was always...

"This place was beautiful . Breakfast was great so much to choose from. The rooms were so clean and comfy. House keeping was very helpful."

"The property and accommodations were all clean and very well cared for. We loved how we felt like we were"

"The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very ample. The food is all really good. I have stayed here before, and would stay again, it is one of our favorite places near Arenal and La Fortuna."

"Checking was easy and we felt welcomed by the staff. There is security everywhere so always felt very safe. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was fine but there was no handheld in the shower and the bathtub has a high ledge. They are very strict about their towels and are careful to explain we would be charged if any went missing. "La piscina temperada un éxito"

"This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The morning breakfast options were excellent and very quick and you can bird watch while you eat. Easily the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff of the hotel are so nice and helpful. The night guy (can’t remember his name) was always so nice and even helped us find one of the sloths one night. The day-shift lady helped translate to one of the tour guides. The laundry service offered by the hotel was fast and affordable....

"The property was very clean and beautiful. We felt safe there."

"Great breakfast in the morning. Clean hotel. You can book excursions through the hotel with ease."

"This resort lived up to our expectations. It was more expensive than other places, but they lived up to the expectation and went above and beyond in many different areas. We went for a honeymoon and they gave us many upgrades and made our experience really special. Food prices are high, but if you’re smart, you can still enjoy your time and pick some lower cost items that are fantastic."

"Excellent staff, beautiful grounds"

"Staff was great, room clean, all very attentive, friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the fresh fruits."

"The hotel was excellent and the trails on site were amazing. We saw a roving pack of coati"

"Great staff"
