"This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. "I loved this place"

"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...
