"This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto. "Clean room although some strange smell at the entrance. Very comfortable beds, we have good rest after long walking. There are coins parking nearby. The sounds from the expressway not loud, we can sleep peacefully."

"The place is super nice! Small, but that was expected. And we loved that there was a kitchenette and a washer in the room, they were extremely useful. Communication through the Expedia chat was fine, but their recommended chat didn’t work for me. Also, check in was a bit bumpy but they solved everything through the Expedia chat. Also, just a heads up: everything in the room is in Japanese only, so be sure to have a translator app. Overall a great experience "
