"Very good stay"

"Room was small as expected. Check-in experience was the worst I’ve had while travelling in Japan. The person on the other hand of the self check-in tablet did not have his camera open, he was in a call center, you could hear at least 5 other persons working there, so loud it was hard to understand what he was saying. The other problem, they contacted me to establish when they would come to either fully clean or only change the towels. Well they didn’t execute on the agreement. I wasn’t the one...

"Best hotel room in Japan so far. Great AC and clean rooms, laundry within the room, and even a lil kitchen. It was great and the best experience during my trip"

"新大阪駅から近くて、コンビニも近くにあり、移動は楽だった。 客室は、4人で宿泊するには狭く感じ、テレビの代わりにスクリーンがあったが、全く使わなかった。使いたい機能がなかった。 2段ベットは天井とぶつかりそうだったので、マットレスを床に移動して寝た。 2階の音が響いてうるさかった。 あと、歯ブラシがないことを記載してほしい。 いろいろ書きましたが、何より値段が安かったので、宿泊費を抑えたい人にとっては良い施設だと思う。"

"View of the river. Walking distance to dotonbori and the train station. Washer and dryer are useful especially if you’re packing light. Highly recommended."
