"Absolutely impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and the hotel is beyond 4 stars. Traveled the world and my wife and I both were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I wished it were longer. Food was also amazing. Other hotels could take note the shear professionalism of the staff. "阪急梅田駅のすぐ北のビルの高層階がホテルルームになっていて眺望が素晴らしい。部屋の広さの割にバスルームが広く、外国のホテルのようにゴージャス。薄くて硬い枕の寝心地がとてもよかった。ホテルのレストランの他にもビル内にレストランがあるし、梅田の繁華街の中にあるので、食べる場所には事欠かない。GWで普段は安いホテルのレートが上がっている中、むしろリーズナブルに感じた。"
