"Room was dirty, air conditioning barely worked, left used washcloth and shower curtain from previous people who stayed there, the bed was uncomfortable to say the least and the security bar on the sliding glass door was broken."

"This hotel room felt like a hate crime - paid for a luxury suite with fireplace (did not work) and jetted tub (broken knobs, dirty, missing. floor tiles), couch (broken down so badly could not sit), tv was broken, lamps were missing bulbs and dirty deals were happening in the parking lot - in short this was a terrible 2 day stay for $160 a night. "Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, fairly recent renovation, easy parking, nice reception. Only problem was noisy neighbors but that's not the fault of staff - they did have in writing that there should be no noise after 10 pm. Definitely would stay here again."
