"Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great. An injury was treated effectively and quickly by staff Jeffrey and Richard. Great service all round. Beach is great and having bangalows right on the beach is a real nice. A top stay for 4 days"

"Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. "Overall the hotel is lovely, and when lounging around the pool the view is beautiful. However, once you step onto the beach you can see lots of rubbish either side of the hotel boarders. I would not recommend swimming in the water there. This isn't a fault of the hotel, they do everything they can to keep their beach front clean, it's a general problem of the area. We still had a wonderful holiday."
