"Das Personal ist TOP, insbesondere Jelena. Sie hatte uns an der Rezeption empfangen, uns die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten erklärt. Die Lage ist fantastisch und man ist mitten im Geschehen und Trubel der Stadt. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, enstpricht diese den Landestypischen Gegebenheiten mit Luft nach oben. Alles in allem eine 8 von 10."

"Overall disappointing experience. I was expecting to stay in a Luxury apartment. The reality is very different. There was a strong bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes. There was no toilet paper. The carpet on the bedroom was dirty. The temperature is set at 28 celcius and cannot be changed, so the room was very hot. "
