"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "The hotel lobby smelled like garbage, almost puked everytime I walked through it. The whole hotel was were dirty, our beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also smelled like garbage. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we would check out that day. Also had problems with checking in. The only good thing was that the mrt station was close."

"Great value in a nice quiet location (Pudu) not too far from the center. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food - only 3 minutes walk from the train station and the "Times Square" area is about a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was great for the price and there is a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop! I'm very happy I stayed here. The check-in and check-out process was quick and painless.
