"Just the staff was nice and food was ok"

"What an excellent choice of location to base ourselves in KL. Far enough from the city centre to be able to enjoy the calm serenity of the surrounding nature during early mornings yet close enough to jump in a taxi to the Petronas Towers for example. Transport is very easy, airport taxi initially then the Grab app thereafter, simple. The hotel provides a pleasant balance between business elegance whilst at the same time catering for visitors and families. We stayed in a Villa which is probably...

"Liked the amenities and breakfast was great! Lots of diff foods, both local and western. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping was the only downer, shower stall was clogged, they were quick to send someone to fix, then daily housekeeping staff had to be reminded to replace various things."

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."

"It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose."

"Nice place to stay for a short time"

"Hotel is fantastic and the staff are very helpful. Just be aware it is quite a distance away from the heart of KL"

"Clean rooms. Property a bit dated now."

"Lokasi yg sangay menarik. Tapi customer service, room maintenance, cleaning, facilities sgt mengecewakan. Lokasi yg mantap mcm ni kalau ada good management memang akan “BOOOM” effortless‼️‼️. Tp mcm tempat zombie. Hope kerajaan Melaka boleh push management resort ni. Sekadar menulis walaupun orang x endahkan. Haha"
